We recognize that our employees are our greatest strength and we strive to create an environment
that will make the company the workplace of choice for the best and brightest in the industry
Apex invests in creating and maintaining a safe, healthy working environment at all of our operations. Our overarching commitment is to have all employees and contractors return “Home Safe Every Day.”
This commitment is built on a strong safety culture in which everyone is continually reminded of the importance of every employee keeping themselves and their colleagues healthy and injury-free every day.
Consistency in the implementation of safety systems and ongoing engagement in safe workplace practices starts at the top with the creation of a workplace safety culture that engages all employees. While safety practices can be mandated through procedures, it is a culture of safety implemented and nurtured by management that has the most practical, positive impact on how consistently those procedures will be followed. Apex’s leadership takes a positive and proactive approach to safety that reinforces its utmost importance.
